   Dear Sir/Madam,
   M writing this letter to keep to update that what South Kolkata’s are doing.

   1. First of all they are not delivering the LPG Gas Cylinders at the proposed date of delivery.
   2. There is only 1 cylinder provided from the beginning if it is finished the customer has to wait until the next one delivered.
   3. When customer is going to ask about the delivery of the LPG Gas Cylinder, the distributor is demanding dowry of Rs 50 per cylinder otherwise he will delivered to the next door who will give him dowry.
   4. They don’t have fear from anyone, they are fearless. He said go and lodge a complain against anyone because we don’t have any proof that he demanded dowry.

   Sir, if you will help me i will give provide you the video where the delivery person standing on my door demanding dowry against delivery of .LPG Gas Cylinder. For any further assistance please send me a reply via e-mail so that i will provide you my contact details.

   I paid in full for a gas cylinder to Anand HP Gas Service,Balitikuri,Howrah as early as on 07.7.15, but still I did not get the subsidy amount. I tried to lodge a complaint but the portal is not working.

   Is hp gas complain section for only show? Havnt seen any authority to take step against anyone,who r fearlessly n shamelessly doing the same thing with customers.

    I have booked my gas on 4th May 2017but not get it till now.My consumer No.604935 and my LPG ID is 29110808400019216 respectively. Please co-operate with me sir.Each and every booking I will face same problems from M/S BANERJEE HP GAS SERVICE from Budge Budge.Sir HP Gas Portal is not working for complaint that’s I am compliant to you sir Please send me Gas Cylinder as soon as possible.
