About: – In the district of Hazaribagh Chandwara and Jillinja are the main mountains and height of both mountains are approx 2816 and 3057 ft. There are two rivers have the Hazaribagh district first one is Barakar and the second one is Damodar. About 45% land of this district are covered by the forests. In these forests there are a number of medicinal plants. But in lace of care these plants are disappearing. Visitors may see Jackal, leopards, foxes and bears in this forest.
